We have a market-neutral mandate.

Our principal trading strategies mainly include the following: statistical arbitrage, DeFi, high-frequency trading, market-making, short-term CTA and dispersion strategy, and options trading.

3. Why are you looking to borrow?

Obtaining loans allows us to increase our balance sheet opportunistically when volatility rises and market dislocations appear. It will enable us to make use of our trading strategies more efficiently.

4. Why are you interested in borrowing from Clearpool’s protocol compared to other options which exist?

We are fascinated by Clearpool’s innovative approach introducing single borrower and continuous pools. We are excited to see how Clearpool will shape the landscape of lending in DeFi.

5. What size do you typically borrow and are seeking to borrow on Clearpool?

Our loans on similar platforms are roughly $50M, but it depends on current market conditions.

6. Why should users lend to Amber?

We are the market leader in pricing, trading, and hedging complex cryptocurrency products.

We are backed by world-class investors, including Paradigm, Sequoia, Tiger Global, Pantera, Polychain, Dragonfly, Coinbase Ventures, Blockchain.com, and Fenbushi.
