Dear Poolsiders,
A few of you have reached out directly to the team for an update recently, so we thought it would be a good time to let all of you know what we have been up to.
Following our launch just over a month ago, the team has been very focused on delivering the next phase of our product and ecosystem development.
Permissioned Pools
We have built the framework for our first permissioned pool which will be launched soon.
Contract Upgrades
We have accelerated some planned upgrades to the Clearpool smart contracts. This upgrade will allow for multi-chain functionality and real-time interest rate curve modifications. This code is currently being audited.
Polygon Deployment
We have successfully deployed Clearpool to the Mumbai testnet. Following the audit on the upgraded smart contracts, we will begin the process to deploy Clearpool to the mainnet Polygon ecosystem.
Ecosystem Development
We have a very strong growing pipeline of new borrowers and lenders lined up. We will begin to accelerate the launch of new pools following the smart contract upgrade audit.
Staking
We have been working very hard on fine tuning the protocol native CPOOL staking mechanism. This very exciting product feature will bring significant utility to CPOOL, and will be very beneficial to those of you who are also lending on Clearpool. This is still work-in-progress, so in the meantime we will continue to extend the CEX staking pools until further notice.
AMA
We will be hosting an AMA within the coming weeks. Our team has been very busy recently, especially during the build-up to the mainnet launch, and following the launch to ensure that we maintain the incredible progress and momentum that has been achieved. We understand that you have questions, and we have already started to plan the next AMA.
I hope this gives you some insight into what the team has been doing recently. I have to say, it is only a fraction of what goes on behind the scenes, but everything and all that we do is wrapped in our commitment to building the best product and ecosystem in this space.
